Shipping and Delivery Information

We can only ship to India. Prices will be calculated at the checkout. Please contact: info@iammono.in for overseas shipping. Estimated delivery times are approximately 3 to 10 working days for standard rate of delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by a Courier during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable deliver time. Under no circumstances does IAMMONO ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shopping online with IAMMONO is as safe, if not safer, than shopping at an actual store. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control. Once IAMMONO has processed a transaction against a credit card number, we do not store your number, even against your order.

Return Policy

IAMMONO will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for – confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email. With particular respect to items that arrived broken or damaged, damage must be advised within 24 hours . Under no circumstances will refunds will be given for notification after this period. PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. IAMMONO will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period after receipt of goods has lapsed. To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return courier. See below for instructions on how to return goods in the appropriate manner. For exchanges for change of mind purchases or incorrect choice, IAMMONO will exchange or refund any undamaged item only if returned within 30 days of purchase, and as long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the store at the customer’s cost and risk. Out of Stock Items (Sometimes it does happen)

As most of our catalogue contains original paintings, will show out of stock when someone purchase it. We keep the sold art online for visitors to view for a month. Other merchandise like mugs, bags etc are often replenished in 3-4 days.
